The one thing I can’t get enough of is Marshmallow and Chocolate. Maybe it’s just me. It’s ooey, gooey, chocolately meltedness is the way to my heart. S’mores. Chocolate covered marshmallows. Fluff. It’s all so yummy! In an attempt to create the perfect vegan-glutenfree-dairyfree birthday cake for a friend, I decided on chocolate cake with a marshmallow topping. It was amazing.
And so I share, my delicious, delightful, simple marshmallow frosting recipe:
One tub of Ricemellow Marshmellow Crème
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk)
Whisk it together until it starts to come together. You can add more powdered sugar to thicken it up.
