I’m a Naturopathic Physician living in sunny Central Florida. I earned my doctorate from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, my Master’s degree in Communications from The University of Central Florida, and my undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
I share my life with my husband and our two puppies. My husband is from Michigan and I grew up in Central Florida. Collectively we have lived in many different places, most recently, Seattle, Washington. We chose to start our next adventure in Florida because we wanted to be closer to our families. There’s something exciting about exploring your hometown as an adult. Every weekend is an adventure!
I enjoy traveling and learning new things. I love everything about the ocean and saltwater; I dream that one day I’ll live a coastal life. My next big adventure will involve a safari – I’m sure of it. I’m passionate about health + wellness, trying new recipes and reinventing beauty. In my free time I can be found in the kitchen, tending to my garden or working on my latest DIY project.
This blog is a creative outlet for me to share bits and pieces of myself on my personal journey towards becoming a more conscious individual and a Physician. I have opinions about health and medicine, and I share those here. Those opinions are not intended to serve as medical advice.
